Our EDM machinery can accommodate work pieces measuring up to 12” in length, thicknesses measuring from .001” to 9”, and a minimum diameter as small as .050”.

Our EDM services manufacturing process allows us to create specialty-shaped metal parts and sizes, while still maintaining the same high-quality standards our customers have come to expect, and the tight tolerances required.

Brewster Washers manufactures specialty-shape, custom flat and round shims, spacers, washers and other parts for the aerospace, defense, medical, electronics, optical and the robotics industries.
